TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Registration and Payment

  • All campers must be registered online prior to attending.

  • Full payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise noted under our cancellation policy.

  • Spaces are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before camp start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the camp start date.

  • In the event of camp cancellation due to weather, illness, or other emergencies, credits may be issued for future camp dates at the discretion of The King Camp.

3. Health and Safety

  • Parents/guardians must notify us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs prior to the start of camp.

  • Campers showing signs of illness will be sent home to ensure the health of all participants.

  • The King Camp is not responsible for injuries that occur from normal camp activities, though every effort is made to ensure a safe environment.

4. Behavior and Dismissal

  • The King Camp promotes a positive and respectful environment.

  • Disruptive, disrespectful, or dangerous behavior will result in warnings, and possibly dismissal from the camp without refund.

  • We reserve the right to remove any camper for behavior that negatively affects the safety or experience of others.

5. Media Release

  • By enrolling, you grant The King Camp permission to use photos or videos of your child for promotional purposes (social media, website, flyers, etc.).

  • If you do not wish for your child to appear in media, please contact us in writing prior to camp.

6. Liability Waiver

  • Parents/guardians agree not to hold The King Camp, its staff, volunteers, or affiliates liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during camp participation.

  • Participation is voluntary, and all campers participate at their own risk.

7. Website Use

  • By using our website, you agree not to engage in any activity that could harm or impair TheKingCamp.com or interfere with other users’ experience.

  • All content on this site is the property of The King Camp and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.
