About Me!

My Journey and Education

My name is Kobie Campbell, and I’m a proud graduate of Rice University, where I earned a degree in Psychology with a focus in Business Administration while also playing Division I football. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, CPR and AED certified, and deeply passionate about health, performance, and personal growth. Over the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching kids through skill camps and flag football at Rice, developing a strong foundation in motivating young athletes and creating positive, impactful experiences.

My Mission as a Trainer

As a personal trainer and group coach, I specialize in making health and fitness both accessible and enjoyable. Whether working one-on-one or leading group sessions, my focus is on building confidence, discipline, and joy through movement. I bring energy, structure, and encouragement to every session—designed not just to improve fitness but to inspire a lasting love for staying active.

What I’m Bringing to the Camp

Through my camps and training, I aim to create a space where people of all ages can reconnect with the fun of physical activity. For kids, that means games and challenges that promote teamwork, agility, and excitement. For adults, it means personalized support that meets them where they are. Above all, I want to help individuals and families find joy in staying active, and I’m committed to making health a fun, life-giving experience for everyone involved.
